Sales Tax

 

Sales tax is applied only to orders which originate in the state of California.

 

Shipping

 

Orders received by 3:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday, will ship the NEXT business day. All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise. Any expected delays in shipping will be notified to the customer immediately.

 

Note: We will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by external causes (i.e. natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.) or delays caused by the shipper (UPS)

 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time, or any international addresses.

 

We ship via UPS for domestic orders including all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

All orders will ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Any order which does not ship within 2 business days will be notified to the customer.

 

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Ricoplease add $5.00 to the prices above. Please allow extra time for delivery to these locations.

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

You may return unworn merchandise in its original condition with original tags attached within 7 business days of receipt for a refund.  


After 7 business day period, merchandise may be returned for store credit only.

 

After 15 days, any returns will not be accepted.

 

ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.

 

Any defective or damaged item will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a full refund, full credit or exchange.  We thoroughly inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality.

 

ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL

 

Shipping costs will not be refunded for normal returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

A refund or credit for shipping may be issued in instances where the item was defective and determined to have been our responsibility, or where we made an error in shipping the order (i.e. the wrong item, color, or size was shipped).  In such cases, a return label will be issued.

To return your purchase:

1)       Please fill out the enclosed Return Form which should be provided in your box with the invoice.

 

2)       Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and make sure to include the completed Return Form in the box. Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded by Fumblin' Foe.

 

 

3)       Mail package to:

4)       ANY BOXES BEING RETURNED WITHOUT THE COMPLETED RETURN FORM INSIDE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOR A REFUND / CREDIT ISSUED.

 

Please allow 2-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Fumblin' Foe will not be liable for any ordering errors made by the customer. Errors will be validated against the original invoice in our system, and the entire process may take 2-4 weeks.

 

 

Order Cancellation

 

You may cancel any order which has NOT shipped. Any shipped order cannot be cancelled.

 

Any orders received by 3:00 PM PST will usually ship out the NEXT business day. SO IF YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION REQUEST, PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US WITHIN 1 DAY FROM WHEN YOU SUBMITTED YOUR ORDER.

If your order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel, please refer to the RETURN POLICY section above as the cancellation will then be considered as a refund or an exchange.

 

When you return your cancelled order after it' s already been shipped, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping charge for getting the box sent to you. You will also be responsible for the shipping fee for sending it back to us.

 

If you wish to avoid this, please contact us within 1 day of your order submission with a cancellation request.
