Stated below are the itemized return policies of Fumblin foe.  Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation

Order cancellations must be requested by the retailer via e-mail submitted to info@fumblinfoe.net within 24 hours of order submission.

No cancellations are accepted after shipment.

Returns

1. All sales items are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fee is also non-refundable. Any merchandise returned with no damages will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customer will also be held responsible for paying shipping to return undamaged items.

2. RA (Return Authorization) request for any damaged items must be made within 7 business days, upon receipt of merchandise. Any RA requests received after the 7 day period will not be accepted.

3. Immediately upon receiving merchandise, it is the customer's responsibility to check all merchandise fully. Please check for damages and correct sizes, as we cannot be held responsible for any RA requests made after our given time frame. This includes any damages to hand-made/hand-sewn details such as beads, sequins, studs, and chains.

4. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with the original packaging.

5. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise without RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted package(s), or requests made past the 7 day grace period. All such unauthorized returns are NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. Upon requesting a Return Authorization approval number, all damaged goods must be returned within the 7 days of receiving the RA#. If an RA package is received after the 7-day period, the package will be refused. RA# must be clearly written on the exterior of the package.

7. We are not responsible for the selling of merchandise.

8. In the event of a dispute, all parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of California, regardless of the affiliated partie's residence.

9. All issued RA credits are good for up to one year of the approved RA date.

10. All sales or reduced price items are final.
